Apply trace amount to center of armpit daily. For a silky glide, allow the stick to warm up to body temp by holding in armpit for a few seconds prior to application. Rubbing cream into skin after application can reduce residue transfer. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

When will my order ship?

Ready to ship orders ship within 10 business days.

 

Custom orders ship within 21 business days, not including weekends or holidays. This time does not include in transit time with USPS. TAT may be extended in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, supply delay, or emergency.

 

If RTS items are purchased with customs or preorders, your order will ship when all products are completed. Within 21 business days for orders containing customs or within the stated turn around time for preorders.

 

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for USPS to receive your shipment. We ship via USPS Priority Mail only and to US addresses. Please note: USPS does not cover stolen packages (packages showing delivered, but not received). We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

While we will do our best to create products and fragrances you'll love, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. Replacements may be issued in the event of a product quality issue, however, we reserve the right to request the original product be returned before replacement or refund is issued for verification and testing. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent strength. We do not refund or exchange products based upon scent or product dislike.

In the rare event that a product is out of stock and can not be remade, you will receive a refund for that product. Due to a potential packaging shortages, bottle & jar packaging may vary from what is pictured.
